My career has been pretty varied, giving me a bunch of valuable skills along the way. From my days playing professional rugby, I've developed a competitive spirit that gets results. Working as a police officer taught me to be precise and pay attention to the little things. Then, moving into insurance, I got really good at managing complex sales situations. Overcoming various challenges has also led me to become one of New Zealand's well-respected inspirational speakers and authors. Taking on challenges and aiming for the win is just part of who I am.
