Winton Surrounds - Grazing and supplement block

Description

A property that is handy to both Invercargill and Gore which in the past has operated as part of a unit which combined cattle grazing and finishing with provision of supplement. A good balance of flat to rolling contour with some steeper faces with soils being a mix of Waikiwi and Pukemutu with a portion of Dacre. Subdivided into seven paddocks by a combination of permanent post and wire plus permanent electric. 2.8 hectares of Pinus Radiata plantings, balance of the grazeable area in permanent pasture. Water is presently provided from a stream fed source and is shared with adjoining land.
