This Classic Kiwi bach has great outdoor entertaining spaces with plenty of outside seating, four bedrooms with an extra 5th bedroom down stairs in room next to laundry and garage. House has a bathroom with separate toilet. The master bedroom has a super king bed and a sliding door that opens to its own balcony. Fully fenced perfect for keeping children safe, great location 3 back from the beach on Kenwood drive.
Second toilet in sleep-out/bar-area has been renovated with an extra shower and toilet.
(The 5th bedroom is located underneath house which has no internal access from main living)
