The off-grid building site is on multiple levels and is nestled into the marble landscape.
Come up and bask in the views, contemplate your build and explore this ruggedly beautiful landscape. Tread carefully though as there are plenty of caves around, some containing kiwi and moa bones from ages gone by. One of the caves on this property goes over 50m underground and there is one near the house site which would suit a large wine cellar!
This property and two neighbouring are to be protected with a QEII covenant, and there is already a network of walking tracks and predator traps. The birdlife is flourishing with weka, kea, tui, falcons, bellbird and kereru adding to the mix, and hopefully some kaka will reach the property soon. The property also includes some ancient matai, rimu, and totara in the lower valley.

The hilltop is 600m above sea level and has views all the way around; over Golden Bay and Farewell Spit to the north, westwards over the Takaka Valley to the Kahurangi Ranges, and south and east over protected forest towards East Takaka Scenic Reserve.
The Rameka Track is at the end of the drive which provides fantastic mountain biking opportunities and access through to Canaan Downs, Abel Tasman National Park and Harwoods Hole.
