Buying or selling a property can be exciting and stressful at the same time. Having the opportunity to help my clients through the myriad of emotions and legalities of a property purchase is a privilege and one that I take very seriously.
I have been involved in sales and marketing in the hospitality industry for 30 years. I learned that the best way to build a strong relationship with people is to understand their needs. Also, having four children has taught me the art of communication and negotiation!
Everything I have heard about Barfoot & Thompson from friends and family has always been positive so it was an easy choice for me, and working from the Orewa branch, right in the middle of my community is an ideal location.
Home for me and my husband, my four children, two dogs and four rescue cats is a lifestyle block in rural Rodney, and we really love it. We enjoy the laid-back way of life and the many attractions the area has to offer.
I especially love being involved in my children’s schools and sports and it is a great way to meet people. I’ve coached netball, managed rugby teams and I run a netball league in Dairy Flat for women in the community.
I also run a local women’s networking Facebook page. We meet a few times a year at a local hall. It’s lots of fun.
The NZ Breast Cancer Foundation is a charity close to my heart, for personal reasons. We hold a music festival for friends and the local community every year as a fundraiser. It’s an event that my family and I love to be a part of.
I’m a hard worker, I know how to negotiate and you can trust that I will always have your best interests at heart. It is my job to make your experience of buying or selling a property, a better one.
Call me or email me at the Barfoot & Thompson Orewa branch or maybe drop in for a chat.
