Holly grew up and completed all her schooling in Hastings and knows the region like the back of her hand. She is a solo mother of two young boys, aged 10 & 7, who she loves spending all her spare time with taking them camping, fishing or hanging out at home doing whatever it is the boys want to do.

Holly has been in a multitude of Administrative, Personal Assistant and Sales roles throughout her 20+ years in the workforce. These positions were in various industries including local government, national government, the mining industry in Australia and even a Tupperware Consultant. Throughout those years she has completed a Diploma in Communications, a Certificate in Technical Communications, a Certificate in Web Design.

Holly joined the Property Brokers team in November 2021 when she was recruited by Sebastian Nilsson as his Personal Assistant to begin her career in Real Estate. Shortly after, she achieved her Level Four Salesperson qualification and became Licenced under the REAA2008, then promoted to Sales Assistant.

Her most recent achievement has been to step out of the assistant role to be a solo agent, while continuing to work alongside Sebastian as a strong compatible team - Team Nilsson.

Holly has outstanding organizational and time management skills that keeps Team Nilsson running smoothly to ensure their clients are well taken care of. Her attention to detail and ability to see the potential in a property makes her successful buyer matching. She is a warm, caring person who will do anything she can to ensure the best result when buying or selling your property.
