After a distinguished career in the Royal New Zealand Navy, I joined Barfoot & Thompson with a clear vision of helping Kiwis to realise their property dreams. The importance of putting people first was ingrained in me as the son of immigrants growing up in rural New Zealand and reinforced throughout my military service.
