As Head of Property Management at Barfoot & Thompson Remuera, I feel privileged to interact with such a diverse and inclusive community on a daily basis. It’s heart-warming and rewarding finding tenants a house that they can call home!

Barfoot & Thompson, after nearly 100 years, is still a family run business and very much an integral part of the local community. Sponsoring events, supporting various sports teams, and helping community organisations, are just some of what, as a company, they contribute to making Auckland a great place to work and live.

Prior to real estate, I was a professional dancer for 20 years. It was a physically demanding job that involved dancing sometimes for six hours a day on a weekly basis. I’m proud to say that I was a world champion and I still enjoy performing as a side line. I have also proved myself in real estate, winning Team of the Year at my previous job in London.

It goes without saying that great communication skills and customer service is what counts in property management. My personal philosophy of “A client should never have to ask twice and should always know what’s next”, gives my clients confidence in my abilities.
