With over 30 years experience in the housing field, Denise Smyth has a wealth of knowledge to share with you. Denise has been working in property management in the Pukekohe area for over 25 years and prior to this worked for the Housing Corporation for 14 years.

Denise holds a National Certificate in Property Management and is consistently recognised annually by Barfoot & Thompson as one of the top 10 Outstanding Property Managers in the Company. In 2014 she was awarded Property Manager of the Year. Her effective management and satisfied landlords has resulted in the number of properties she manages increasing substantially and it is continuously growing despite changes in the market. She now manages one of the largest rent rolls in Barfoot & Thompson (over 1,100 properties) and the Franklin District.

Denise is competent in the management of all aspects of residential property no matter how big or small, she is fully conversant with mediation and tribunal procedures. Denise has a team of twelve staff, including eight portfolio managers, two letting specialists and two property administrators.

As a resident of the Pukekohe area, Denise has strong knowledge of the local residential property market. She is very familiar with the area and is well known by the local community.
