I joined the real estate industry as a salesperson in 2006. I
had been previously working in property management and accounting roles, this is
where I gained experience and it provided me with exceptional communication and
negotiating skills, as well as the ability to offer specialist knowledge on
investment properties.
My natural way with people, always being honest and excellent communication allows
me to build strong relationships with my clients. I am respectful of everyone I
meet and will always take the time to carefully determine their needs to figure
out the best opportunities for them and how to sell or buy a property.
As a local resident in East Auckland and 15 years’ experience in this area as a salesperson, I can appreciate the area's schools, beaches, general community vibe as well as keeping up to date with the current market. The Eastern Beaches suburbs are popular with immigrants and being able to speak fluent English, Mandarin and Cantonese, I am well equipped to serve their needs and find a home of their dreams.

I know how to provide my clients with a sound sales campaign for their property and I also know how to avoid potential risks.
