Ready and equipped to exceed your expectations, I am the New Business Manager for the Barfoot & Thompson Browns Bay office. I came to the role with six years' experience in property management which fuelled my passion for people and property.

Known for my patience, organisation and creativity, I thrive in this role where I work alongside the team to grow the business and help meet the needs and diversities of their owners. My ability to speak three different languages - English, Cantonese and Mandarin, makes my skill set applicable to a broad audience.

Motivated by delivering exceptional levels of customer service, I am able to take charge of challenging situations. My calm nature comes from my previous career working as an early childhood educator and administrator, where I also developed a keen eye for detail and multi-tasking skills.

You'll see me out and about on the North Shore, taking in the many wonderful sights and sounds of its communities. I love the way the North Shore caters to different requirements and diversities, and enjoys its many wonderful, unique events and festivities.

I recognise that there is a growing demand for pet-friendly rental properties, as does Hunter, my Miniature Schnauzer. Often quality tenants are excluded from the rental market because they have a pet. Together, Hunter and I are looking to change the Auckland rental landscape and improve the rentability of your home.
