Andrea has a passion for homes, an eye for potential and an absolute love for the diverse building styles available on Auckland's North Shore.

She has successfully completed a Business Diploma as well as some additional accounting papers, which have provided her with a great understanding of effective business management. She has experience in the accounting field, having worked for Tower Insurance, Rank Xerox and The York Group of companies, where she ran their accounts department and computerised accounting system for five years.

Having also helped to set up and run an automotive company with her husband, Andrea has learnt many skills which she applies to her real estate career – customer satisfaction, time management, communication skills, meeting deadlines, proactive thinking, listening, negotiating and people skills.

As an active person, Andrea has travelled overseas extensively. She is enthusiastic about netball, and has a Netball Coaching Certificate and a Senior Netball Umpiring Certificate. She is involved in the community through netball - coaching, managing and umpiring netball teams for her three children’s schools.

Over a period of 20 years, Andrea and her husband have bought, renovated and sold several houses, all through Barfoot & Thompson. She chose Barfoot & Thompson as a client, for similar reasons she chose to work for them as an employee – their values of honesty, integrity, ethics and family significance.

Andrea has a confident, outgoing personality and loves meeting, talking and dealing with people. She goes the 'extra mile' with both her clients and customers, working with them to achieve their real estate goals in a stress free manor.
