I have been in the industry some 33 years, in roles including sales consultant, branch manager, principal, and real estate franchise owner. Currently I am focused on selling for committed clients needing someone who understands fully the obligations due them, under agency law.
As a science graduate, I can also bring a "scientific" approach to the selling proposition, as I have a good understanding of such fields as statistical analysis, psychology, economic and environmental modelling, and computer skills. I can also write a pertinent and interesting advertising script, that people read until the end.
Before and after graduating from both Otago and Auckland University, I also worked in other fields, from the building industry, to the ski industry, as a marine observer, and even some time as a fisherman. So I bring a well rounded personality , that can mix with people from all nationalities, and walks of life, in a friendly and productive manner.
Having sold hundreds of homes from Parnell to Papatoetoe, and overseen the sales of hundreds more, I bring a wealth of experience, and real estate "know how", which all helps to achieve great prices for my vendors.

8 Jackson Street, Onehunga
This home was built in the 1950s back when native timbers plus great craftspeople still co-existed. The original brick cladding is still there, but it has been resurfaced in concrete plaster to a high quality finish, which will last well beyond most current cladding systems. Upstairs there are three bedrooms with living area, kitchen andbathroom. Downstairs there is a fourth bedroom, another kitchen, bathroom and living area, perfect for extended family, or flatmate/s wanting some extra privacy. There is also a garage, (with auto door), and off-street parking for two further vehicles.Set in a shared driveway arrangement with two more modern dwellings, with closed circuit security camera on the entrance, this is a super secure property, all backing onto little known but delightful Sutties Reserve park grounds, (there is an exclusive use pathway linking the home to the park). The driveway, retaining walls, and general infrastructure was carried out meticulously by a local builder well known for quality high spec. construction and attention to detail. This home could still be further modernised with a newer kitchen/s etc. but the structure of the house and its surrounds is super solid, and will outlast most of the currently available housing stock.
