Dean completed his Bachelor of Management Studies at the Waikato University in 1990. He has had a variety of roles during his career including National Sales Manager and General Manager Roles.

Since joining the commercial team at Lodge in 2007, Dean has strived to do the best to achieve the most desirable outcome for all parties concerned. Total satisfaction for both principal parties is of paramount importance to him. This approach has consistently resulted in a high number of sales and leasing agreements being concluded every year.
