I’ve joined the property management team at Barfoot & Thompson Stonefields and I bring with me experience gained in the Commercial, Body Corporate, Residential Sales and Property Management sectors. I am well-organised with a sharp eye for detail, and I have a great network of tradies ready to assist our owners and tenants.
A key factor with any property manager’s success is speedy communication. It doesn’t matter whether you’re an investor, a home-owner with a temporarily vacant home, or a tenant – what you have in common is a need for clarity and respect – people justifiably want reassurance and confidence that their needs are being met. With queries, I’m often able to provide an answer or solution on the spot, with no waiting or double-handling.
I am friendly and approachable and I believe in ‘going the extra mile’ to achieve the best outcome. When issues arise, solutions don’t necessarily need to be complex or expensive, and I’m here to assist in any way possible to create a minimum-fuss environment.
