A Property Manager for over 8 years, Julia loves the variety and satisfaction that Property Management offers.  In 2014, Julia passed the NZ Certificate in Residential Property Management (Level 4), and acquired REINZ Accredited status. Julia also works alongside Real-IQ as an assessor and looks after many of the trainees who are completing the New Zealand Residential Property Management Level 4 qualification.

Julia comes from a family of property investors and also has an extensive background in insurance, so Property Management came naturally for her. She has an infectious energy and passion for the industry, a keen spirit to share her knowledge and a commitment to raising the standard of Property Management. Julia Handles all of our business in the Kapiti / Mana area.
