Bruce England

Prior to my role as Branch Manager of Beach Haven, I was a successful salesperson for Barfoot & Thompson focusing on North Shore and Rodney districts so I am no stranger to the area. I’ve specialized in Marketing and Selling homes and Property Investment for most of my real estate career.

For the last 4 years, I’ve been in provincial New Zealand managing offices and selling real estate in Tauranga and Taupo.

When we’re not talking about property, speak to me about your family and interests, your future goals for financial freedom, and your lifestyle plans for the future – then we can make a start on how to achieve them. I have significant industry experience and have even run seminars on this topic, so I enjoy sharing my insights on creating wealth and financial security through property investment.

With a well-rounded skill set and a solid reputation for delivering exceptional service and results, I am passionate about supporting every client.

Whether it’s a free appraisal, market update, or just a friendly chat, I aim to always help people make the right choices and avoid common mistakes (especially those I’ve made myself).

For the first 30 years of my life, I was a farmer I grew up in Hunterville in the Rangitikei district of the North Island, a small town known for its statue of the Huntaway, a specialized sheepdog that uses its voice to herd sheep, so working in the residential/lifestyle sector is a perfect fit for me.

To relax after a busy day’s work, I like to play golf and squash, I enjoy the gym and as Millwater is just minutes from the beach, I go swimming when I can.

“Experience counts” and I think you’d agree that 30-plus years in the real estate business and a passion for helping and supporting people on their property journey, will achieve your desired result.

Call me at Barfoot & Thompson on 021975260 and let me put all my experience to work for you!
