She finds it exciting to be involved and working in their award-winning rural team alongside Doug Butler and her father Kevin Richardson, assisting clients and customers in and out of property. She had the pleasure of working alongside Maurice Butler for over 5 years and, although he has now stepped down and is currently enjoying retirement, he is still available for advice and as a mentor for them as they carry on with the successful business he created.
