I started within the property management industry in 2005 as an administrator and quickly moved into the role of Property Manager a year later. I soon became known for my high level of service and attention to detail and built a strong reputation for success.  

In 2009, the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand (REINZ) recognised my industry expertise and commitment to service excellence by awarding me Property Manager of the Year. This was followed by runner up in 2010 and 2011. I also have an excellent reputation for training staff, some of whom were awarded the REINZ Rookie of the year in 2009, runner up in 2010, as well as the winner and the runner up in 2011.

In addition, I’m proud that I was part of the Management Team which was named "Residential Property Management Office of the Year" (2009) by the REINZ.

In January 2014, I completed my New Zealand Certificate in Residential Property Management, the highest level of training in this field.
