Karen Dickinson loves people.  Easily making the transition from selling property to managing property Karen is responsible for building a profile of over 170 properties in Masterton and the Wairarapa.  She endeavours to offer the most professional and thorough service to her community. 

Conducting tenant screening and using impressive up to date systems, Karen ensures the smooth running of properties without the hassle.  She is personable in her approach; warm in presence putting her clients at ease as she takes control of the situation.

Moving to Masterton 20 years ago Karen operated two successful cafes in town plus a restaurant.  Customer service, a love of meeting people and her capacity to listen to, understand and satisfy peoples' individual goals has always been at the forefront of her working career.  It comes naturally to Karen, and she prides herself in offering a thorough systematic service to both her landlords and tenants.
